One of a Kind Experience

Toned & Tanned Bachelorette provides one of a kind fitness experiences in Miami, Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. You pick the place and we'll come to you!  


We offer private bachelorette (or birthday!) classes specializing in Pilates, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Cardio Sculpt. All classes are designed for all levels and we provide the equipment necessary including  mats, resistance bands and pilates balls.  

What's included

Certified Trainer

Your booking includes a 60min workout designed to your needs- it could be Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, Barre, Dance Sculpt or Cardio Sculpt with a certified instructor/trainer.

Optional Meditation at the End of Class

We will add some sweet affirmation cards to make this meditation intentional and grounding. Please specify if you'd like to include this during our session together.

Personalized Playlist

Send us anything you'd like to play during the workout and we'll bring the vibes!

Workout Props and Mats

All you need to bring is yourself and your tribe. We'll take care of the rest!
